Art for the Ocean Competition

The Art for the Ocean competition, conducted in July 2025, harnessed creative expression to spotlight marine conservation through student artworks. In collaboration with our partner Hamari Pahchan, we put together this opportunity to engage young artists in visualizing critical themes like biodiversity and sustainable fishing, aiming to foster awareness through artistic activism.

The Turning Tides Fundraiser

Our online fundraising campaign successfully raised 75,000 INR, and the proceeds were used to purchase and distribute sustainable fishing equipment to the Koli community in Mumbai, supported by NGO Hamari Pahchan. Our hope is that this helps in creating a more inclusive and accessible environment within the larger sustainability movement, since it is essential to involve community members when discussing livelihood, policy, and change.
